Wersja beta programu BitComet. Aplikacja jest szybkim i łatwym w użyciu klientem sieci BitTorrent. Umożliwia pobieranie wielu plików jednocześnie, szybkie wznawianie, kolejkowanie, czatowanie, limity prędkości, filtr IP i wiele innych. Interfejs użytkownika jest bardzo intuicyjny, zatem jest do dobra wiadomość dla niedoświadczonych internautów.
W przeciwieństwie do aplikacji np. Azureus, BitComet jest napisany w c++, co oznacza jest jest on niezwykle szybki, nie obciąża bardzo procesora. Aplikacja pozwala na wielokrotne pobieranie lub wysyłanie plików, blokowanie stałe lub czasowe adresów IP, wspiera sieć DHT. Zaletą jest także przejrzystość aplikacji, korzysta ona z tylko jednego portu TCP.
Wykryto konflikty z innymi aplikacjami torrent oraz zaporą ogniową ZoneAlarm.
